I'm thrilled to be included in the recent publication, Who's Who Among Florida WBEs, a listing of over 100 members of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). The book profiles 125 woman owned businesses and is dedicated to "all business women who have set goals and achieved success despite obstacles and set backs."
Smooth Sailing received WBENC certification in 2005. WBENC, founded in 1997, is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for women's business enterprises. It provides a national standard of certification and maintains an Internet database with information on more than 700 certified women's businesses for use by purchasing managers nationwide (www.wbenc.org). WBENC is the nation's leading advocate for women-owned businesses as suppliers to America's corporations.

Congratulations. I'm in the process of getting certified and just had my site visit today. Do you have any tips for using the benefits of WBENC services to generate sales. I am a loss prevention and risk management consultant in the areas of customer service, employee theft, employee training, and compliance audits.
